Job Details

Job Title: Customer Service Operations Specialist OR Customer Support Analyst
Location:REMOTE
Duration: Long Term Contract

Need HANDS-ON CUSTOMER/1 experience

Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in customer service and service order management. Technical Support: Resolve customer issues and provide functional support. Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials. Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Mentoring: Train and mentor new associates during onboarding. Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements. Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubleshooting efforts.
