Job Summary:

The IFS ERP Finance Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing and optimizing IFS ERP solutions specifically for financial management. This role involves working with clients to tailor the ERP system to meet financial requirements, enhance reporting, and streamline accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Process Analysis: Analyze and document clients' financial processes and requirements to align with IFS ERP functionalities.
  • System Configuration: Configure IFS ERP Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management to meet business needs.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather detailed financial requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure the ERP system supports their financial objectives.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement financial solutions within the IFS ERP system to improve financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on financial modules and offer ongoing support to address functional issues and ensure effective system use.
  • Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing of financial solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and align with financial regulations and standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and managing financial ERP projects, including requirement gathering, scope definition, and timeline management.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to financial regulations and industry best practices, and stay updated with IFS ERP developments.

Functional Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of IFS ERP Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Experience in configuring and optimizing financial processes within ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
