Genesis10 is seeking a Sailpoint Data Analyst - Identity & Access Management with our financial services client in the greater St. Petersburg, FL area. Preference for hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite or this position can be fully remote. This is an 8-month+ contract, possible contract to hire position, which requires candidates to be s or Perm Resident holders. Pay range is $80/hr -$83/hr W2 depending on experience.
Summary and responsibilities:
Support the IAM team by identifying and analyzing manual provisioning workflows across systems like ServiceNow, Active Directory, SailPoint, and Exchange. Play a strategic part in optimizing and streamlining identity-related operations through data analysis, process improvement, and automation readiness assessments.
Conduct full lifecycle data analysis including requirements gathering, design, execution, and delivery of insights.
Analyze data and interpret results using statistical techniques to provide actionable insights to IAM leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate high-volume, manually provisioned IAM tasks by evaluating patterns and operational data in ServiceNow, Active Directory, SailPoint, and Exchange.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and implement data quality and performance monitoring strategies to ensure consistency across identity platforms.
Validate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies across IAM tools and related systems.
Collaborate with IAM engineers, request fulfillment teams, and leadership to prioritize automation candidates and process enhancements.
Provide documentation and analysis to support business cases for automation or tooling changes.
Continuously assess and refine analytical methodologies to improve accuracy and value of insights.

Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, systems analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience interpreting and analyzing complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow Reporting, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of data flows and workflows in IAM tools and environments such as Active Directory, SailPoint, Exchange, and ServiceNow.
- Must have solid SailPoint experience
- Experience designing and supporting data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and troubleshooting issues across interconnected systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence process improvements.
