The IT-OT Service Management Consultant will play a key role in helping our clients design and implement operational frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISA-95, IEC 62443, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and ISO 55000 within their organizations, specifically as they relate to Operational Technology solutions.
10+ years of experience in IT or OT Service Management
* ITIL certified
* Proven experience in Network/Server Infrastructure operations management (WAN experience or telecom/wireless experience is a plus)
* Experience working with Data Centers
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
* Strong consulting skills with a client-facing approach
* Ability to create clear written documentation and diagrams
* Experience in the utilities sector (oil and gas, or engineering backgrounds are highly desirable)
* Prior experience working with operational technology
