About the Role:
This position requires the ability to lead and coordinate engineering functions, manage teams, oversee projects, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance, while also translate test specifications into implementable hardware and software strategies for product launches and process improvements in a high-volume production environment.
We are seeking motivated individuals who have a strong desire to learn and share their skills. The ideal candidate has demonstrated either through experience or classwork, the ability to work with object-oriented code, understand basic electronics, have working knowledge of quality and production control systems, and lead effectively in a team environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise all test engineering projects.
- Monitor all projects for schedule and cost targets.
- Ensure engineering team has the tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Construct hiring, mentoring and succession plans to train and elevate the engineering staff.
- Work with the various internal groups (IT, Design, Quality, Finance, etc.) to improve processes, data-sharing, and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify the root-cause and create and validate solutions.
- Occasional travel to our global partner facilities to support new product introductions, resolve issues, and implement improvements may be required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 7+ years of electrical and/or engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have a demonstrated track record of project management skills.
- Must be able to communicate plans, thoughts, and justification to teammates in a professional manner.
- Understand electronic principles to comprehend the product design and analyze previously implemented tests.
- Understand basic mechanical concepts and processes.
