IT Manager

Our client is a fast growing Ecommerce D2C women's fashion brand.

They are looking to bolster their team with a skilled IT Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting their day-to-day IT operations across our offices and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers.We're seeking an individual who not only possesses a strong IT background but is also deeply familiar with Netsuite to help us navigate challenges and maximize our potential as we continue to grow.

Location: Head Office - Chatsworth, CA

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and devices in our offices and WMS system with our 3PL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Netsuite, ensuring seamless operation and optimization via our connector Celigo
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and customize Netsuite solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users on Netsuite functionality and best practices with WFX (PLM System)
• Oversee and optimize the performance of additional systems such as Shopify Plus & Apps, Celigo, WMS etc.
• Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance across all systems and networks.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Netsuite administration and customization.
• Familiarity with additional systems such as Shopify Plus, Celigo, PLM's & 3PL WMS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Netsuite or other systems management tools are a plus.

• Must have experience and knowledge of the following systems: Shopify Plus, Celigo, NetSuite & 3PL WMS
