Description
Hui Huliau Technology Services LLC is currently seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join their growing team. The qualified candidate experience in managing, monitoring and configuring the routine operations and maintenance of computer systems in a variety of different networks to include high volume/high availability systems. Must have experience responding and resolving problems quickly. Must have the skills to implement agency policy regarding computer access and implement firewalls.

This position requires U.S. citizenship, U.S. residency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the VistA network infrastructure in compliance with government IT standards.
  • Interface with other IT team technical engineers to troubleshoot, resolve, and document network issues.
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed network diagrams and associated documentation. Present network configurations, updates, and performance reports to the client and stakeholders as required.
  • Support the planning and execution of network-related tasks within a SAFe/Agile environment.
  • Monitor network performance, ensure security compliance, and recommend improvements.
  • Respond promptly to network incidents and outages to ensure minimal downtime.


Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator supporting government IT systems, preferably with VistA networks.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain network diagrams using industry-standard tools.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with other technical engineers in a complex network environment.
  • Familiarity with SAFe/Agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share network status with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (existing clearance is a plus).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are preferred.


Physical Requirements
  • Able to travel, as needed.
  • Office computers and equipment, telephones, radios, Microsoft Office suite of tools, Web Based Applications, electronic spreadsheets and database analysis, outputs, and reporting, virtual data sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other forms of remote work-sharing tools.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for long periods of time. Ability up to lift 25lbs on occasion, stretching, climbing stairs, and walking.
  • Must have personal computer with reliable Internet service.
