Role: Sales Manager

About Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager Business Development in US to
expand our business for all services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within the AEC (Architecture,
Engineering, and Construction) industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business
opportunities, building strong client partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our services
across different geographies and industry segments.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in
the AEC, Industry.
Achieve revenue and sales targets by driving lead generation, negotiations, and deal
closures.
Should have handled revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects,
engineers, contractors, developers, and technology partners.
Understand client needs and offer tailored BIM solutions that add value to their
projects.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis & Industry Insights
Stay updated with BIM industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
strategies.
Conduct market research and provide insights to enhance service offerings and
competitive positioning.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to
build brand visibility.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Work closely with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Lead and mentor a business development team to drive performance and achieve
sales goals.
Required Skills:
Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
within the BIM, AEC, or construction industry.
Knowledge of BIM Services: Strong understanding of BIM workflows, software (Revit,
Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.), and its applications in construction and design.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating revenue, closing high-
value deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Networking & Relationship Building: Strong industry connections and ability to
engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and
contract negotiation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-
market strategies.
