client is seeking a dynamic Partnership & Alliance Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationship with Databricks. You ll own the partnership end-to-end from defining joint go-to-market strategies to driving revenue, co-selling motions, and customer success. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned partner professional passionate about cloud, data, and AI-driven solutions.

Serve as the primary relationship manager for Databricks across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Develop and execute a joint business plan with clear revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
Align Infocepts offerings and accelerators with Databricks product roadmap to create differentiated joint solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive pipeline creation through joint selling with Databricks account teams.
Identify and pursue co-sell opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration between field teams.
Enable Infocepts sales on Databricks capabilities, value propositions, and success stories.
Go-to-Market & Marketing Execution
Partner with marketing to launch joint campaigns, events, and thought leadership content.
Maximize Market Development Funds (MDF) to fuel demand generation.
Strengthen Infocepts visibility as a leading Databricks services partner.
Delivery & Customer Success
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Expand Infocepts footprint with existing Databricks customers through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Share customer success stories to deepen partnership value.
Governance & Reporting
Lead quarterly business reviews and track key partnership metrics (pipeline, revenue, marketing ROI).
Stay current on Databricks programs, certifications, and incentives.
7+ years in alliances, partnerships, or channel roles within cloud, data, or AI services.
Deep understanding of the Databricks ecosystem and Lakehouse architecture.
Proven record of driving joint revenue growth with hyperscaler or ISV partners (Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, etc.).
Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
