PETADATA is looking to hire for the position of Workday HCM Consultant for one of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME for WD Modules Talent Acquisition, Learning are mandatory, Expertise with Prism Analytics is preferred

  • Provide implementation support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HR and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients

  • Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday talent & HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration

  • Participate, Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements

  • Support team in facilitating and testing in SIT, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the implementation phase to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Should collaboratively work with Delivery team on day to day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests

  • Prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability

  • Provide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests

  • Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables

  • Communicate effectively with clients by providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and recommendations

  • Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations

  • Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice

  • Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projects


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Looking for Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in Workday talent & HR functional areas

  • Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Prism

  • 7+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday HR & Talent

  • Strong experience within Workday HR deployments and operational support projects

  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Passionate about knowledge sharing

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
