Product Engineer, Delivery Day Readiness

As a Product Manager for Delivery Day Readiness, you will focus on improving on-time vehicle delivery, increasing awareness of delivery process, and enhancing customer experience during delivery day. You will migrate vehicle readiness processes to a new app, solve operational gaps, develop capacity planning for scheduling delivery within Tesla OS and manage the customer delivery scheduling expeirence. In partnership with the Delivery Operations teams, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and support Tesla's mission of sustainable energy adoption. Your success will be measured by improved delivery metrics and customer feedback.Location: Fremont, CA; Austin, TX

Responsibilities

• Migrate vehicle readiness processes to the delivery app
• Address operational gaps in delivery day workflows
• Develop capacity planning tools for delivery scheduling
• Enhance in-app customer experience for delivery day interactions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate solutions
• Monitor delivery metrics to ensure on-time performance
• Reduce vehicle concerns through proactive app-based solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience in product management within delivery or logistics
• Strong understanding of app development and user experience design
• Ability to work with engineering and operations teams on system integration
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Analytical skills to assess delivery performance data
• Familiarity with Native App development

Expected Compensation
$108,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
