Job: SAP PP Production Execution Functional Analyst Consultant

Location: Hillsborough, NJ

Type: Long Term W2 Contract

The key objectives of the Functional Analyst FA roles are:

1. Ensure that the business in the market, represented by the Super Users SU, understand how the business processes enabled by the Turbo template will be executed in the future.
2. Support the business in identifying how the execution of the processes, the roles and the responsibilities need to change to adopt the template and therefore limiting the request of changes to any Legal and Fiscal specific requirements of the market or to specific business compelling reasons that needs to be supported by a clear business case.
3. Define the data required and support the local business and local data team in cleansing, collecting and validating them.
4. Ensure the business is ready to go-live with the new system providing the system and process knowledge.

To deliver this role the key characteristics are:

1. Ability to translate the technical solution and the process design of the template in business language that can be easily understood by the business users of a CGP company.
2. Flexibility and adaptability to any needs required to achieve the objectives identified above.
3. Capacity to identify and articulate the requirements of the local business and drive their resolution working closely with the central technical and process teams (Global template roll-out experience).

Roles & Responsibilities Production Execution FA (SAP PP Consultant):

1. Discrete manufacturing using production orders planned orders created in Kinaxis and interfaced into SAP ECC as created production orders.
2. Integration with batch management: batch determination.
3. Integration with WM Warehouse Management: material staging and goods issue, good receipt in storage units.
4. Integration with HU Handling Unit management: goods receipt of finished goods managed in HU, rework.
5. Integration with QM Quality Management: inspection at good issue, goods receipt and during production 03 & 04 inspections.
6. RF transactions for good issue, production confirmation good receipt.
7. MES integration with local system to manage specific production order: outbound interface of production order, inbound interface of production confirmation.
8. MES integration with local system to manage finished goods production order: outbound interface of production order, inbound interface of good receipts with HU.
9. Production execution activities via bespoke SAP Fiori apps: Production Order display/change, Work to List, WM Stock Request, Goods Issue, Stock Report WM, Stock Overview IM, QM Results Recording, Confirmation of Yield, Goods Receipt FG, Reconciliation & Returns, Goods Movement Error.
10. Client facing role based onsite requiring a high aptitude and demonstrated ability for facilitating collaboration across value steams, team delivery leadership, comprehensive solution delivery, and strategic SAP solution delivery through the explore, realize and build, and deploy phases of SAP ECC enablement project
