job summary:

Lead Data Initiatives: Deliver high-impact data projects aligned to the CDX data roadmap, including project management, data architecture, and cross-functional coordination.


Manage Data Requests: Prioritize and refine marketer requests for segments and conversions; collaborate with PMs, Privacy, CELA, and engineering to enable compliant data sharing.


Ensure Compliance: Advocate for and implement data handling practices aligned with GDPR, DMA, and other regulations.


Drive Tool Adoption: Partner with analytics and marketing teams to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance data capabilities.


Advance Data Science Projects: Collaborate with partner data science teams to develop models and methodologies that support marketing goals.

responsibilities:

Map Data Lineage: Develop deep understanding of the business and data landscape to ensure accurate, relevant data usage.


Optimize Analytics Operations: Recommend and implement reusable, self-service analytics solutions that drive efficiency and business impact.


Tell the Story: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.


Enable ABM: Develop and operationalize digital engagement scoring models to support Account-Based Marketing strategies.


Forecast & Report: Own annual forecasting, performance tracking, and executive reporting; deliver insights that inform strategy and drive accountability.


Support Innovation: Lead and participate in pilots that test new approaches to data, insights, and customer engagement.


Act as SME: Serve as a subject matter expert on customer and business insights for Windows Devices.




qualifications:

Required:


Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics) and 4+ years in analytics, BI, or data science


OR?Master's degree and 2+ years of experience


OR?equivalent experience




skills: 4+ years in data architecture, modeling, governance, and SQL


2+ years in marketing analytics, segmentation, CDP management, and project leadership


2+ years working with marketing tech platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Ads)


5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
