Overview
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and communications team. In this role, you'll help keep projects on track, assist with document prep, and support internal and external communication efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to grow within a creative and fast-paced department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with preparing and editing marketing proposals, presentations, and communications.
- Coordinate department-wide updates and help distribute important information.
- Respond to internal and external questions-researching and providing accurate answers.
- Take notes and create materials for meetings using Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and more.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables, and help present monthly progress reports.
- Help plan and execute team events and meetings, both on- and off-site.
- Draft internal communication like emails, agendas, meeting notes, etc.
You will bring:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Access is a plus).
- Communication: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Attention to Detail: Organized, thorough, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
