SAP P2P Lead

Location: Carlsbad, CA(Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP P2P implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP P2P modules accordingly.
• Analyze existing procurement processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and industry standards where applicable to optimize the entire Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align SAP P2P solutions with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
• Configure SAP P2P modules based on business requirements, including but not limited to SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
• Develop and implement custom solutions when necessary to address unique business needs.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure smooth integration with the overall ERP landscape.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP MM modules.
• Strong understanding of related processes, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
