Description
We are looking for a Manager - End User Computing to oversee and optimize the operations of end-user computing systems and devices. In this role, you will lead a dedicated technical team of 7, ensuring the security, functionality, and efficiency of all desktop and mobile technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving escalated issues and driving strategic improvements across the organization's global infrastructure. we are seeking a more experienced manager who has managed devices and knows policies/procedures & processes with more of a focus on user experience Current enviornment includes Mobile devices (500 cell phones, 300 tablets android ISF growing to 500. Roughly 1800 MDU rugged all-in ones. 4500 PC's) Dell for most all equipment
Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of end-user computing devices and peripheral equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Lead a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and guiding them in creating processes that enhance device security and functionality. Serve as the escalation point for complex desktop and mobile technology issues, providing expert solutions. Develop and implement technical roadmaps to improve systems and align with organizational goals. Architect and deploy desktop and mobile systems to support flexibility while maintaining robust security. Oversee the deployment and configuration of technologies such as Windows Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and tools. Monitor and manage ITIL processes for efficient incident resolution and service delivery. Utilize scripting and automation to streamline processes and optimize device management. Ensure proper configuration and management of network protocols such as DHCP and DNS.

Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in end-user computing or a related IT management role.
Proficiency in Dell Technologies and experience with deploying and managing IT infrastructures.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in service management.
Expertise in Windows Azure, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong understanding of mobile operating systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
Experience with scripting and automation for system optimization.
Familiarity with network protocols, including DHCP and DNS, and their configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalated technical issues effectively.
