Senior Data Analyst (P&C Insurance Domain) Full Time
Remote (EST/CST time zones preferred, occasional travel)
Job Description:
We re seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our clients Enterprise Data team.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, and strong technical expertise in Snowflake and data modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines in Snowflake.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define and deliver data solutions.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
- Integrate and analyze data from Agency Management Systems (e.g., Applied EPIC, AMS360).
- Support data quality, governance, and documentation efforts.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in Data Analytics / Data Modeling / BI roles.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance business lines.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Azure and modern data stack tools preferred.
- Experience with AMS360 or Applied EPIC data integration is a plus.
