Senior Systems Engineer/Analyst
W2 ONLY NO CTC

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for three critical platforms: a case management system (Action), an evidence management system (Evidence.com), and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Own full lifecycle of supported applications: configuration, documentation, testing, change management, and optimization.
- Act as the face of internal technology support, managing troubleshooting, system improvement, and process enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders (including CDAC and county IT) to ensure legal, secure, and effective technology delivery.
- Translate technical system capabilities into business process improvements, particularly for manual workflows.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS, COTS, or PaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and related tools.
- Experience in SQL, SSRS/SSIS, Power BI, and WordPress CMS.
- Proven ability to manage application support documentation, test scripts, CMDBs, and QA processes.
- Prior work in law enforcement, government, or public sector IT environments highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass CJIS background check and drug screening (including THC testing).
