Job Details
Job Title: IAM Experience Architect
Work Location: Fort Mill, SC 29715 (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Must Have:
- Strong experience with SailPoint ISC, CyberArk, and ForgeRock
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience at the Enterprise Architect level
- 13+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong knowledge of identity governance, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions
- Prior experience working as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale digital transformation projects.
Certifications (Preferred/Required):
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Certification
- CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian Certification(s)
- ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist / Access Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and design enterprise IAM architecture aligned with business and security requirements.
- Lead implementation and integration of IAM solutions including SailPoint ISC, CyberArk, and ForgeRock.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices in identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, and single sign-on.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Guide and mentor technical teams during design, development, and deployment phases.
- Stay updated with IAM industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats.
