Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ITSM and ITOM solutions using best practices
Integrate ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools and 3rd party systems
Hands-on with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Workflows, Email Inbound, etc.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
Customize forms, service maps, transform maps, inbound actions, SLAs
Configure and maintain Service Portal and Performance Analytics
Review and recommend improvements aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Must-Have Experience:
5+ years in ServiceNow (development & implementation)
10+ years overall IT experience
HTML and Jelly scripting (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and working with modules like CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM
Certifications Required:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
CIS-ITSM
Certified Application Developer
ITIL Foundations (preferred)
