5+ years of experience and preferably Workday certification in Absence & Benefits Module
Previous experience with Higher Education clients and settings
Strong presentation and communication skills with a history of collaboration with various stakeholders (business, IT, platform vendors).
Job Description:
As a Workday Absence & Benefits (A&B) Consultant, you will play a critical role a transformative ongoing project, working closely with client-side resources to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Workday A&B modules. Lead translating and tracking requirements, designing, and configuring solutions that meet our client's needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with our implementation partner to offload some configuration tasks, ensuring faster turnaround and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Translation: Work closely with client-side resources to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Design & Configuration: Design and configure Workday Absence & Benefits modules to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Project Augmentation: Augment client-side resources by providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Task Offloading: Collaborate with our implementation partner to offload configuration tasks, accelerating project timelines and enhancing efficiency.
Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate tracking of requirements, design changes, and configuration updates, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and Workday standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, and implementation partners, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Workday Absence & Benefits modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience in designing and configuring Workday solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
