Power Platform Copilot & Azure AI Bot Developer

DataStaff, Inc. is in need of a Power Platform Copilot & Azure AI Bot Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC

*This is a hybrid position, 3 days will be onsite (Local candidates ONLY) 

Job Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft AI Chatbot Developer to design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft ecosystem including Azure. You'll build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services and external systems to enhance productivity for our users and customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot Studio's canvas interface, natural language processing capabilities, and can configure complex dialog flows with branching logic. You should be comfortable integrating chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors. Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred. Experience with Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role.
Note: This is not a Power Platform administration role, but ideal candidates will have experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform environments as well as Azure AI and DevOps.
Required Skills:

• 3 Years - Hands on Microsoft Power Platform development including deploying to solutions with environments.
• 1 Years - Copilot Studio for creating chat-driven interfaces
• 4 Years - Microsoft Power Automate for creating workflows across M365 and integrating with other systems
• 4 Years - Microsoft Power Apps
• 3 Years - SharePoint
• 5 Years - Microsoft 365
• 1 Year - Building agents within and outside of SharePoint
• 1 Year - Integrating chatbots with external services
• 2 Years - Azure AI capabilities
• 2 Years - Hands on experience working with non-Microsoft LLM platforms like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft certifications including PL-900, AI-900, AI-102, MS-90
