Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Respond to and resolve help desk escalations based on training.
- Complete related work orders or request-based tasks based on standard operating procedures ( SOP).
- Respond to and resolve identified technical incidents based on training; analyze and isolate the issues.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of diagnostic tools.
- Complete systems maintenance activities following SOP, such as patching, health checks, operating system updates, validating changes and maintaining operational and configuration standards.
- Report anomalies to senior staff for resolution.
- Complete individual projects as assigned and evening responsibilities as scheduled.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Minimum of 2 years higher education and/or work experience.
- The ideal candidate will be a dependable problem solver with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing white-glove customer service
- Prior experience reading and digesting technical information.
- Strong understanding of desktop hardware, software, and basic networking concepts.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience communicating technical problems to management.
- Strong customer focus, including ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Associate s degree in technology-related field.
- Certifications or special training in related technologies.
- Ability to provide updates and statuses.
