- 2+ years of Inventory Management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience using ServiceNow, JAMF, BigFix, and other device management/service delivery software
- Ability to work in an onsite capacity following Milestone Technologies and Client safety guidelines
- Extensive experience with Windows and macOS, devices
- Responsive and efficient communication via email, Slack, and Zoom, exhibiting a high level of professionalism
Customer is looking for an IT Logistics Coordinator to manage their end-user device refresh project. The goal is to ensure timely, efficient, and well-communicated refresh activities of out-of-warranty end-user devices out of their Phoenix, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and track all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and refresh-related activities within customer’s ServiceNow instance.
- Manage tasks, document communications, and maintain real-time status updates in ServiceNow.
- Conduct weekly inventory monitoring and forecasting are required, with detailed reports on available inventory, assigned vs. unassigned units, and projected inventory needs.
- Manage and ensure user engagement, including outreach, scheduling, and education regarding refresh program.
- Comply with Lucid’s documentation standards for asset records and task closures is required.
- Applicable asset retention (as defined by LUCID)
- Manage overall Device Refresh Execution
- Perform refresh activities at scheduled times.
- Ensure devices are functional and returned devices are logged.
- Support user login and configuration validation.
- Coordinate with designated third-party disposal vendors to ensure assets that have met LUCID’s end-of-life criteria, are disposed of, or destroyed securely with applicable certificate of destruction.
Skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Inventory Management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience using ServiceNow, JAMF, BigFix, and other device management/service delivery software
- Ability to work in an onsite capacity following Milestone Technologies and Client safety guidelines
- Extensive understanding of IT equipment, models, and accessories including Windows and macOS, devices
- Responsive and efficient communication via email, Slack, and Zoom, exhibiting a high level of professionalism
Knowledge of storeroom safety and operations - Strong verbal and written skills for customer interaction
- Minimum 2 years of imaging, and deployment experience
management/service delivery software
