JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a strategic and user-centered Agile UX Experience Architect to lead and support experience design efforts for our internal finance platform, Proforma. This role is focused on crafting intuitive, efficient, and process-aligned experiences rather than UI aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, process mapping, and project management to transform complex financial workflows into seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and support UX design initiatives for the Proforma platform, emphasizing user interaction and workflow optimization. Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop personas, journey maps, and process flows to inform design decisions and align with business goals. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and finance teams to ensure user needs remain a priority throughout the design lifecycle. Translate complex financial processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance user journeys and system efficiency. Manage UX-related tasks and timelines using Jira, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the development of design standards and best practices. Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to guide development and implementation. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX design. Strong background in UX research, interaction design, and process mapping. Proven experience in project management and workflow coordination. Experience using Jira for task and project management. Proficiency in Figma and other design/collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Visio). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Prior experience in finance or enterprise platforms. Experience contributing to design system development. Certifications UX-related certifications (e.g., NN/g UX Certification) preferred but not required.
