Sr. QA Automation Engineer (with Ranorex Studio) - Contract to Hire

Role : Sr. QA Automation Engineer with Ranorex Studio and Strong BFSI experience

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Mandatory skills:-

• Strong hands-on experience with Ranorex Studio for UI and functional automation testing.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET for test automation scripting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ranorex Studio for UI and functional automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, regression, functional, and integration testing).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Ranorex for Encompass applications (Business Rules, Custom Pages, and Plugins).
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product quality.
• Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts and contribute to improving code quality.
• Collaborate with developers to support unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical design meetings to provide testing inputs.
• Identify, log, and track defects, work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and execution across releases.
• Ensure automation test suites are integrated into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Drive improvements in test frameworks, automation coverage, and execution efficiency.
