Automation Tester - Tricentis Tosca

Location: Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with strong Tricentis Tosca experience to support an enterprise-level test automation transformation initiative. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks across UI, API, mobile, performance, and ETL layers in a CI/CD-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute test automation strategy using the Tricentis Tosca suite

  • Design and implement multi-layered automation frameworks (UI, API, Mobile, Performance, ETL)

  • Build and manage dedicated and distributed (cloud-based) test infrastructure

  • Establish standardized test data management practices

  • Lead enterprise-wide test automation transformation initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency, quality processes, and risk management

  • Track and report automation KPIs and quality metrics

  • Develop training plans, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials

  • Support CI/CD pipeline integrations for automated testing

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (Commander, Modules, TestCase Design)

  • Expertise in UI and API automation

  • Experience working in CI/CD environments

  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, NeoLoad)

  • API automation experience

  • Cloud-based automation infrastructure exposure

  • Automation certifications (Tricentis or equivalent)
