Workday HR Systems Manager

Direct-Hire and Fully Remote opportunity for a Workday HR Systems Manager to be responsible for managing a small team of 3-4 people. They will be working on process improvements, supporting the team/applications, and innovation. This team is looking to explore more use in AI and robotic processes to be put in place to push data and expand analytics they have on their various platforms. This team works closely with the HRIS team to support their Workday platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of 3-4 people
• Process improvements, supporting the team/applications, and innovation
• Explore more use in AI and robotic processes to be put in place to push data and expand analytics
• Work closely with the HRIS team to support their Workday platform

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with Workday HCM Platform with Workday configurations and integrations
• 5+ years experience with Workday Studio programming
• 5+ years experience with SQR for programming
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent working experience
• Prior experience managing a team leader/coach mindset
• Knowledge of vendor management best practices
