- Develop and implement an IAM program with policies and procedures.
- Manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
- Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Perform risk assessments and audits.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Experience in IAM tools SailPoint, Entra ID is mandatory.
- Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in IAM or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Experience in IT security or an associated field.
- At least three years of experience in a management role.
