Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize SAP EWM modules to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations, including fit-gap analysis, configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; develop and validate functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with external systems for seamless data flow.
- Provide expert guidance on EWM functionality and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure plant readiness and empower end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful SAP EWM implementations across North America.
Required Skills
- SAP EWM configuration and implementation expertise.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
- Familiarity with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
Experience Requirements
- Required:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP EWM end-to-end implementations.
- Proven ability to configure SAP EWM and document business processes.
- Strong collaboration with developers and service teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Experience delivering projects within an Agile framework.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Working knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Additional certifications in SAP or related technologies.
Additional Information
- Must be able to provide on-site hyper-care support post-implementation.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Safety training and compliance with PPE requirements as applicable.
