Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

The candidates will be required to work onsite from Mentor, Ohio.

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Customer Master Data Design using Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA). We are integrating two Oracle EBS instances. The candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, scalable Customer Master interface. The candidate will also design and implement Customer Master data migration between the two systems. This role requires close collaboration with business teams, solution architects, and developers to ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across Oracle EBS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical design document for Customer interface between the two Oracle EBS instances.
  • Prepare technical design document for Customer data migration from one Oracle EBS instance to the master EBS instance.
  • Work with technical team to develop and test the Customer Master interface.
  • Work with technical team to develop and test the Customer Master migration scripts and process.
  • Develop and manage data migration strategies, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Work with technical teams to develop APIs, custom solutions, and reports related to Customer Master.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training and documentation to business users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer data-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 applications in a techno-functional role.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle TCA and related modules (AR, OM, CRM). This includes Customer account and party relationships.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Master data architecture, hierarchies, and lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and data conversion tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, data cleansing, and third-party data integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Work with project manager to provide regular status and updates to project timeline.
