RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III in Plano, TX.
Duties:
* Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
* Salesforce View Management: Create and manage customized Salesforce views for sales team members and leaders
* Data Quality Management: Monitor and maintain data integrity within Salesforce; Identify and resolve discrepancies, implement data cleansing, and ensure data entry standards
* Sales Leader Support: Respond to data inquiries, provide ad-hoc reports, and conduct research
* Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; Translate data into actionable insights
* Documentation and Training: Create documentation for Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management; Train sales team members on Salesforce utilization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 4 years in Sales Operations or Business Analyst roles, with a focus on Salesforce reporting and data analysis
* Minimum 2 years of experience developing Salesforce CRM native dashboards and reporting
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
* Proficiency in Salesforce: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and UI
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present complex data. Experience with data analysis techniques
* Data Management Expertise: Ability to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data issues
* Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and analyze problems and develop effective solutions
* Attention to Detail: Detail oriented, especially in terms of data accuracy
* Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
