Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior SQL Developer / Systems Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills.
This role involves working closely with business users, analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in insurance (P&C / Specialty) and hands-on expertise in SQL, ETL, and automation.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SQL, VBScript, JavaScript.
- Strong background in ETL, SSIS, and workflow/automation.
- P&C Insurance experience (preferably Specialty Insurance).
- Familiarity with Policy Admin platforms (legacy and modern).
- Experience with Documaker, Rackley, Infomaker, PowerBuilder, Retool, GoAnywhere, Redgate Tools, Git.
- Exposure to ConceptOne, AIM, and ImageRight (preferred).
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum and Kanban).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, ITIL processes.
- Understanding of Web applications, SOA, microservices, containers, APIs, managed databases.
- Nice to have: Azure Cloud / Google Cloud Platform experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional development experience.
