Job Title: Oracle EBS Fixed Assets (FA) Implementation Consultant

Location: Oxnard, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS FINANCE Consultant to lead and implement e implementation of Oracle Fixed Assets as part of our E-Business Suite. The lead will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation process including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Oracle EBS Fixed Assets module implementation.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle FA to meet client requirements including asset categories, depreciation methods, books, and reporting needs.
  • Integrate FA with other Oracle EBS modules like Payables, Purchasing, General Ledger, and Projects.
  • Hands on AP, AR, GL, CM, Project accounting modules
  • Understand of EPM modules
  • Prepare functional design documents and work with technical teams for customizations or integrations.
  • Conduct CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Provide training to end users and support post-go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support for Oracle FA and related processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Fixed Assets module.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, PO, Projects, etc.).
  • Experience in full lifecycle Oracle FA implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Familiarity with Oracle R12 (12.2.x) version and its architecture.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Ability to write functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Experience with multi-org and multi-currency environments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud FA (Fusion) is a plus.
  • Experience in government or manufacturing sectors preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodology
