Role: CargoWise / WebCargo Implementation Consultant - 100% Remote -United States

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CargoWise and Freight Quoting Tools Consultant to lead the implementation of WebCargo, a new ocean freight quotation tool, within our organization. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth deployment, optimal configuration, and successful integration with our existing CargoWise system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for CargoWise and external quoting tools, particularly WebCargo.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of WebCargo, targeting a go-live date of January 2026.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and optimize processes for ocean freight quoting.
- Oversee the configuration, loading, and testing of rates and quotations within WebCargo.
- Provide guidance on best practices for using WebCargo in conjunction with CargoWise.
- Support or lead the integration of WebCargo with CargoWise, including the ability to send quotations from WebCargo to CargoWise.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Deliver training sessions and support materials for super users and operational teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support during and post-implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in CargoWise, particularly in freight forwarding and quoting modules.
- Hands-on experience with external quoting tools (e.g., WebCargo, CargoSphere, etc.).
- Proven experience in implementing freight quoting tools in a forwarding/logistics environment.
- Familiarity with integrating external tools with CargoWise, especially for quotation workflows.
- Strong understanding of ocean freight operations and rate structures.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience implementing WebCargo specifically.
- Experience with API integrations between quoting tools and CargoWise.
