What Will You Do:
Drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and data solutions that create measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the bridge between high-level stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact. In this role, you will combine responsibilities of a Product Manager, Scrum Master, and client partner-managing the full product lifecycle, overseeing agile processes, and guiding the development team in building innovative, scalable solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

- Own and deliver the product vision and roadmap for AI & Data initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and firm strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients, executives, and external partners.
- Gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories, and manage the development team in an agile environment.
- Implement processes determined by PMO while ensuring agile best practices are followed across the product lifecycle.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog; ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as Scrum Master: facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and enable high-performing development teams.
- Define and track product metrics, ensuring measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Lead stakeholder communication and alignment, balancing client needs with technical feasibility.
- Conduct market and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Support project planning, budget tracking, and delivery oversight.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success leading AI and/or data-driven product development.
- Proven ability to manage development teams in an agile environment.
- Strong background in stakeholder and executive-level client management.
- Experience defining, collecting, and analyzing product and business success metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Experience in consulting or matrixed organizational environments.
- Background in data science, information systems, or advanced analytics.
- Certifications in Product Management, Project Management, Agile, or Scrum Master roles (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP).
