Job Details

We are currently assisting our client, a philanthropic organization, with a contract search for a Project Manager/Business Analyst Consultant.
Role Summary:
This role is in the finance operations project management team. The role will be involved in projects and tasks associated with how the finance operations team manages data, systems and processes in a strategic way while sorting through ongoing day-to-day work. For example, there are many ideas, suggestions, and a list of questions from leadership that all require different things, changes to how we code our expenses, dashboards/visuals, self-service with new data sources, how we organize our data, etc. All of these ideas require an initial analysis, scoping, and organization to determine what work the team should undertake and prioritize. There are various processes, data, and tools needed for each that this PM/BSA could be involved in.
Responsibilities:

  • Design materials (Mural board experience) for strategic discussions and process improvement activities with groups of stakeholders and leaders across various functions
  • Help with thinking about our change management model and organizing our OpEx roadmap
  • Tech savvy (can help on how we can organize ourselves within communities and tagging topics for our OpEx questions that are coming up).
  • Sharepoint support for our CFP&A page
  • Updating and creating ppts for leadership based on first draft of content taking them to final form and polishing
  • Misc. activities to help us with processes and organization of new work for our team and our team building activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with PM and process improvement / lean methodology ideal
  • Proactive / idea generator
  • Experience in change management
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Positive (can do) attitude

  • Compensation - $40-80 per hour target pay rate, DOE.
