Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager cum Account Manager to oversee and manage service delivery for Oracle-centric accounts in the Los Angeles, CA region. This dual-role position requires a strong background in Infrastructure Managed Services, hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion and EBS, and the ability to maintain and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure managed services for Oracle-based environments.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key Oracle accounts.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs and client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful execution of Oracle Fusion and EBS solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to develop account strategies.
• Serve as an escalation point for service issues and manage resolution processes.
• Track account performance metrics, deliver regular status reports, and conduct periodic client reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Service Delivery and Account Management.
• Proven experience managing Oracle-centric accounts, specifically Oracle Fusion and EBS.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Managed Services delivery models.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, ITIL, or Oracle certifications are a plus.
