Need a strong ITOM BPC that can be prescriptive to guide the customer and leverage best practices with Discovery, CMDB and CSDM. The consultant would be running workshop sessions, gathering requirements, writing stories, demo solution and provide advisory support. This is a new customer. Expect workshops sessions to be Aug 4 week
