Location: Bartlesville, OK (5 days onsite )
Interview: 1 2 internal + onsite round + client round

Job Description

We are seeking an Azure/.NET Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical enterprise applications running on Azure. This role involves triage, troubleshooting, minor code/config changes, and direct interaction with business users and clients. Candidate must be comfortable working in a 24x7 production support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Azure cloud applications
  • Troubleshoot Azure services: Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, App Insights, Synapse, Cosmos DB
  • Handle DLQs, message replay, and queue-level issues
  • Resolve DevOps pipeline issues; re-run failed deployments (CI/CD)
  • Investigate Power BI gateway/configuration errors
  • Perform RCA, document fixes, and ensure permanent resolution
  • Write queries for Cosmos DB, Synapse; analyze KSQL failures
  • Implement minor fixes in .NET/C# codebase
  • Follow ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change management
  • Work directly with business users, clients, and support teams

Required Skills

  • Strong .NET/C# skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow or any ITSM tool
  • Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights)
  • Prior 24x7 production support experience
  • Excellent communication & customer-facing skills
  • Experience in Energy / Oil & Gas industry
  • Global delivery/Onsite Offshore model experience
