Job Title: Business Analyst with Product Owner & Scrum Master Experience

Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who also has strong hands-on experience as a Product Owner and basic/advanced knowledge working as a Scrum Master. The candidate will play a hybrid role helping drive product vision, gather and translate business requirements, and support Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
Gather, document, and prioritize business & functional requirements.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirement clarity.
Support or lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospectives).
Collaborate with product managers and business owners on roadmap planning.
Perform UAT support, defect triage, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Track progress, risks, and maintain transparency across teams.
Ensure Agile best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner.
Working knowledge or certification as a Scrum Master (CSM/PSM preferred).
Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, user story creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma (or similar).
Ability to work in fast-paced Agile development environments.
