RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III in Seattle, WA.
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced talented Senior Technical Program Manager to lead automated outbound marketing platform which supports multiple programs (Email, Push Notification, WhatsApp) and within homepage placements of the app and website. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner with engineers, SDMs, other TPMs, Product Managers, marketers, and senior management to help create, track, and launch world-class solutions.
As part of the Video marketing tech leads team, you will work on developing the systems and strategies used worldwide and will regularly interact with senior leadership. You will work with our engineering, product, and marketing teams world-wide to define organization roadmaps, track enhancement of platform features, interact/collect tenant needs, drive operational excellence initiatives and manage technology operations. You'll work in a high volume environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
Responsibilities:
* Drive software development and release with cross functional collaborations between marketing, product, and tech
* Lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by tracking project milestones
* Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of technical product or program management experience
* 3-5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
* Able to work across dependencies
* Experience creating a work back schedule and identify milestones and delivery timelines
* Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
* Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
* Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
