Location: Omaha, NE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

10+ years Exp

1.Technical Lead with 12-14 Years Relevant experience into ServiceNow with Technical Architect expertise.

2. Strong knowledge expertise on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, Mid-Server areas.

3. Expertise into Client Script, Business Rule, Script include, UI Policy, Data Policy, Transform map, Service Catalog, Service Portal, SLA configuration, Workflow, Flow designer, Knowledge management areas.

4. Good knowledge hands on experience into Integration through Rest API.

5. Strong knowledge on both development Admin activities.

6. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Instance Upgrade Cloning activities.

7. Strong communication Knowledge to get the requirements from user Customer end.
