Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions. This includes creating scalable applications, maintaining system integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve CRM workflows and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation (Flow, Process Builder).

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues within the Salesforce environment.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new features.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 1 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security practices.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (e.g., reports, dashboards, workflows).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
