Role: Lead .Net Full Stack Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 18 Month+

Interview: Telephonic followed by Zoom



Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack .NET Developer/Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will work with cutting-edge technologies including Angular, .NET, DevOps, and Middleware to deliver high-performance, scalable applications. The role requires a strong focus on performance tuning, agile methodologies, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET (C#, ) and Angular.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and integrate middleware components to ensure seamless interaction between different systems and services.

  • Work with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) to automate deployments, monitoring, and performance tuning.

  • Must have good Experience with Azure Cloud

  • Perform performance tuning across the application stack to ensure low-latency and high-performance execution, optimizing both frontend and backend components.

  • Follow Agile practices to work iteratively and deliver high-quality software on schedule.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and product managers, to define technical requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Solid experience in performance tuning for both backend (e.g., database, API) and frontend (e.g., UI, Angular components).

  • Continuously research and apply best practices in web development, security, and code quality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and transaction errors.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with banking and payment platforms.

Must Have Skills :-

  • Good Technical hands on Fullstack Lead

  • Good working experience on Angular - NgRx, Nx, RxJS

  • Strong exp of .Net core, microservices architecture, NET (C#, )

  • Azure Cloud

  • DevOps related technology, Jenkins CI/CD etc

  • performance optimization, Redis, Elasticsearch

  • Middleware and ESB (e.g., MuleSoft or any other).
