Job Title:- Salesforce CRM Business Analyst

Location: Denton TX - ONSITE

Duration:-12 months+ Contract-to-Hire

INTAKE NOTES/ABOUT THE ROLE

Day-to-day/The Project:

  • Service Cloud mainly now.
  • BA/BA product owners
  • Currently using standard commercial services with Target X (front end AI) on top of SF. They use marketing module for campaigns (from HS students or 2 yr universities). There is a workflow for the prospect to get into environment before it moves to Colleague. Future: move from commercial SF with Target X to SF Education Cloud (12-18 months)
  • There is 1 sr. developer now they will be partnering with, more to be hired.

Seniority Level (yrs)

Ideally 4-5+ years of CRM BA experience, looking for multiple CRM implementations

Top needed skills:

  • Deep Salesforce CRM implementation experienced, with connecting the IT functions with other depts and build report
  • Solid understanding of higher ed and Understand the applicants (from HS students or 2 yr universities, master s students) and the degree workflow. What does it take to become a student??
    Understand the user benefits and features of SF.
  • Knows Business environment, pain points, areas of improvement. Solution driven in development and working with dev teams to build solutions for business and help training users.
  • Experience configuring SF and can work with SF developers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Great if they can do a bit of developing but not required
  • Higher ed not required, but they need to understand the structure of this environment and processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Great communication skill needed
