Job Title: Admissions and Campus Solutions SIS Production Support Engineer (IT Senior Associate 3)

The City University of New York (CUNY)'s Office of Computing and Information Services (CIS) is seeking an Admissions & Campus Solutions SIS Production Support Engineer who, reporting to the PeopleSoft Finance Solutions Manager, possesses solid experience with PeopleSoft's Financials and Cash Management modules. The incumbent will be a techno-functional application support specialist responsible for day-to-day application support. They will support Cash Management modules and may be required to support additional ones for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and eProcurement. The incumbent will offer superior client support, promote, and ensure consistent performance of deployed services and in coordination with others, will support the application change control process. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing day-to-day functional application support for PeopleSoft Financials applications; partnering with Pillar Support Leads, Managers, and others to facilitate processes, projects, installations, and formulation of operating policies and procedures, especially in relation to CUNYfirst and the PeopleSoft Financials/SCM pillar; utilizing a thorough knowledge of the overall functioning of the PeopleSoft FSCM module and leading technical efforts; assisting functional teams with troubleshooting reported FSCM issues; developing design documents based on business requirements. To qualify, applicants should meet one (1) of the following criteria: (1) HS diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of full-time work experience in a computer or technology related position, or (2) an Associate's degree plus eight (8) years of full-time work experience in a computer or technology-related position, or (3) a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus six (6) years of full-time work experience in a computer or technology-related position.
