Systems Analyst - JD & Medius (Procure to Pay)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
About the Role:
Kforce has a client in Southern California that is seeking a Functional Systems Analyst with strong experience in JD Edwards (JDE) and Medius to support a high-performing IT team focused on financial systems. This individual will need to be onsite 4x per week at one of their locations, including: Pasadena, Costa Mesa, Commerce, El Segundo, or Cypress.

This role will play a critical part in optimizing and maintaining key Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and systems integrations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support and optimize the JDE and Medius platforms, particularly around Accounts Payable automation and invoice processing workflows
* Analyze and manage system data flows, integrations, and orchestrations between JDE, Medius, and other financial systems
* Act as a bridge between technical resources and business users in Procurement, AP, and Finance teams
* Troubleshoot, resolve, and improve AP workflows including invoice ingestion, approval routing, and application of AP
* Partner with field leadership to resolve system challenges and improve user adoption of Medius
* Document functional processes and support future upgrades or enhancements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards (ideally E1) and Medius (user or implementation experience)
* Experience in interface systems, data mapping, and workflow orchestration
* Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, especially in Accounts Payable and Procurement
* Ability to collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders
* Not a developer or system admin - this is a functional role with some technical troubleshooting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
