Capacity Delivery Engineer

Data Center Infrastructure

(Contract Role)

Location: Ideally based in SRP (Remote considered)

Travel: Less than 10%

Overview:

Seeking a Capacity Delivery Engineer to support technical due diligence and documentation processes for global data center infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating engineering tasks, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Ideal for an engineer with foundational knowledge and a desire to grow into new systems and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical due diligence activities and ensure timely progress across multiple sites
  • Monitor in-flight projects and escalate issues or blockers as needed
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and clarify requirements
  • Maintain organized records of contract-related documents and technical materials
  • Support high-level design reviews and provide input on engineering deliverables
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders for contract and documentation issues
  • Track and report on project timelines, discrepancies, and site evaluations
  • Assist in global coordination of technical information across the infrastructure fleet

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of design experience, preferably under a licensed engineer
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using spreadsheet tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Preferred Skills:
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or interest in troubleshooting spreadsheet integrations
