We are excited to launch an SAP QA/Tester Cohort Training Program. At DTI, you will support quality assurance activities across SAP IS-U (Industry Solutions for Utilities) implementations. This program will provide an excellent opportunity for junior consultants to gain specialized experience in utility sector QA, develop expertise in testing tools and automation, and contribute to mission-critical utility processes like meter-to-cash and outage handling.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of testing including writing test planning documentation, executing testing tasks, analyze test results and documenting defects
- Execute and document functional and regression testing for SAP IS-U modules including Billing, Device Management, and Work Management.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans aligned to utility use cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in QA planning, defect tracking, and reporting using SAP Solution Manager, Client ALM, and Jira.
- Conduct risk-based testing and ensure high data integrity in test environments.
- Support test automation initiatives using CBTA, Tosca, and Fiori-based testing tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional teams during the full QA lifecycle.
- Contribute to peer reviews, QA presentations, and final testing assessments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of QA principles, testing best practices, QA methodologies, and the defect lifecycle.
- Ability to translate user stories, project requirements into test plans, cases and scripts
- Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
